Dating back to the 17th century, Casa Fede was originally built by the sculptor Antonio Fede. Situated on a hilltop in the Montefioralle valley, the villa has stunning views of the surrounding countryside.

The villa itself consists of a main house with three bedrooms and another villa, The Granary housing additional bedrooms and living areas. Throughout the villa there are numerous terraces and balconies. The villa has been restored in recent years and been extensively modernised.  It has all the modern conveniences expected of a contemporary property. The house is equipped with satellite and internet television and WiFi throughout.

The fully furnished kitchen incorporates a stone fireplace, gas cooker, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and dining table. A large pizza oven and BBQ are located outside on the kitchen terrace.

The swimming pool is a short walk from the kitchen terrace past the children's play area. The garden is fenced and surrounded by an olive grove with panoramic views to the south and west.
